Your use of our website, services, and purchase of the products on our website, means that you agree to these terms and conditions as set out below ("Terms").

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing, using, or obtaining any materials, information, or products.  
 

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Age Requirement

You must be over 13 in order to website and services. If you are under 13 then we require you to show us that your parent(s) have consented that you may use the app. This step has been taken in accordance to comply with the “Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act” or “COPPA

1.2. Information Requirement

“The Dog John LLC” is a shopping website and an e-commerce platform that offers a multi-level online shopping place that is hassle-free, responsive, and quick. In order to make sure that all the functions of our service should be performed in an orderly manner we will need to collect certain information from our registered users. To do so we may need to collect your full name, phone number, email address as well as other personal details and your website and app usage.  Please know that the information you will provide during the registration process will only be used to provide our services and maintain your account and this information will be collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

During the registration process, you will provide complete and accurate information and you and only you are responsible for maintaining your account information.

Since our services primarily use the website and app to enable its users for the purpose of interacting with each other through an online platform, thus, by using our services, website, and app you hereby accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other rules stated on the website. Moreover, you give us your consent to use all services lawfully and legally. You as a user are deemed to be in acceptance with these terms, conditions, agreements, and policies on our website and app if you use our services in any way. 

1.4. Restrictions

You can only use our services through your own account and you can never use another member’s account without permission. Doing so may get you banned permanently.

When you order a product, you offer to buy the product for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check correctly the variants and features of the products before ordering.
When a user of the website with the intention of purchasing a product on the website, places an order, we will send that user an email to confirm that the order for the product purchased or about to be purchased has been received. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of the order details of their product. If the product is not available, the user will be informed of the website by email or phone.
We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in her sole discretion. If an order is canceled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices of our products are shown right beside the product and are full and final. We reserve the right to determine the price of the products. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

The products will be paid through credit card, PayPal stripe, or other paying options. The customer must pay the price of the product as stipulated on the order before, the product is shipped and delivered to the customer. Payment will be debited from your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, immediately on you placing the order for the product you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.  
Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products.

The team of The Dog John will try to be as accurate as possible while adding a description of the products on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, product prices or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 

 

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all over the world. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us.  And as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.

While we do everything in our power to ensure smooth delivery of your item(s), we kindly ask you to understand that we are not the shipping company and therefore have no control over your delivery. While most items arrive in the allotted time frame, sometimes we experience unexpected delays and ask for your patience during these times.

We expect that during the holiday season delivery times are likely to be increased.

Please note that there may be additional taxes, import duties, and customs fees levied and these fees are your responsibility.  

 

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND GRANT OF RIGHTS

If you have used our website or downloaded or otherwise entered into a separate agreement with us you will also be bound by the terms, conditions, or rules of that agreement. 

6.1 Grant of License With The Dog John LLC Approval

In case you wish to use any part of the services as a part of your application or modify any part of the services, such a use will be subject to The Dog John LLC’s prior approval and for that, you will be entered into a separate license agreement with us. Any custom, commercial or enterprise use of the services shall be governed by the Separate License Addendum or such other separate agreement as may be required by us.


SECTION - 8 USE AND CONDUCT ON OUR SERVICES AND PROHIBITION THEREOF

By using our website either directly or indirectly, you agree that you will only use this service for the purposes within these terms of use and according to law, regulations and other guidelines which are either expressly or impliedly have been given.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
